PAYMENT METHODS

 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEES

• Software updates only
  • You have the option of purchasing an upgrades package for an additional annual fee per product. This gives you interim software updates and major upgrades within the validity period. The fee amounts to 11% of the list price of the purchased software.
• Software updates and support
  • You have the option of purchasing a support and upgrades package (SU) for an additional annual fee per product. SU gives you priority technical support (telephone and e-mail) and free interim software updates and major upgrades within the validity period. The fee amounts to 15% of the list price of the purchased software.
• Additional modules
  • The updates of the additional modules (such as those of the Bill of Quantities) are valid until the expiry date of the software updates. The updates of the additional modules are free until the first renewal of the software updates, after that date they will be purchased from year to year with the same frequency and method (only update or update + assistance) of the software updates.

The minimum system requirements are as follows: Internet connection, Processor 1 GHz, RAM 512 MB, Operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11.
